This impressive, and relatively large, Duiker shoulder mount has been posed with its head upright and its expression calm but alert. This gives the animal a relaxed, composed, but ready expression. The dark brown hair on the bridge of the animal’s nose compliments the lighter tans that make up the rest of its coat. This unique piece has earned our taxidermy quality rating of Premier.
The miniature antelope is a great addition to any collection. As Duiker shoulder mounts are relatively small, we have seen interior designers combine them in clusters - often with other small antelope - to create unique and interesting decor.
