SCI Gold Taxidermy Mounts - Alpine Ibex

SCI Gold Medal Alpine Ibex taxidermy shoulder mount. Mounted in sneak position with the head turned just slightly to the right. Relaxed expression. This position shows off the Ibex's heavy horns. Horns are symmetrical with thick 9 1/2" bases and measure 37 1/4" each which would earn this Ibex a Gold Medal in the SCI Record Book. Very thick hair with coloring in shades of brown, gray with a long beard. Great facial detailing. Taxidermy quality is rated at "Excellent". Great addition for the serious taxidermy collector of record book heads.
