Any item found to be unsatisfactory for any reason may be returned for a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. Simply contact us by email before shipping an item back to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). We may also be able to assist with packing and shipping advice.
Return shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the item was defective or damaged. Any items reported as damaged, will be filed with the shipping company. You will need to retain these items and assist us in filing these claims.
A re-stocking fee of 15% will be charged on all returns for causes other than damage by the carrier.

SafarWorks strives to make sure your new taxidermy mount arrives in perfect condition. We use the best materials available and custom build crates to ship our mounts. Please contact us In the unlikely event your mount is damaged in transit. We may be able to arrange a local professional taxidermist in your area to make a quick repair instead of shipping the item back for exchange. We can also assist with filing a claim with the carrier, if necessary.
