A relatively rare African trophy, this full body Nyala has been mounted on a wonderful habitat base. It has large, beautiful horns which can be removed for transport. Its coat is a plethora of different shades of brown, accented by stripes of white. We have given this mount our rating of Premier.

About the Nyala
Scientific Name: Tragelaphus angasii
The lowland nyala or simply nyala, is a spiral-horned antelope native to southern Africa as well as the Bale region of Ethiopia. It is a species of the family Bovidae and genus Nyala, also considered to be in the genus Tragelaphus. It was first described in 1849 by George French Angas.
